How to upload photos or files after ordering
Use your upload email first, or the Track Your Order page as a backup. You can upload your pictures from the Track Your Order page. All you need is the email address you used when placing your order.
If your personalized item needs a photo or file, the easiest option is usually the unique Track Your Order page sent by email after checkout.
What to do
- Place your order like normal.
- Wait about 5 minutes so the order can sync.
- Open the Track Your Order page and enter the email address you used when placing your order.

Good to know
- If the portal shows a 404 right after checkout, wait a few minutes and try again.
