TikTok Shop order returned to sender
TikTok Shop returned-to-sender orders are handled by TikTok Shop policies.
If a TikTok Shop package is returned to sender, TikTok Shop may automatically flag the order as failed to deliver and refund the order after tracking shows it returned.
What to do
- Because TikTok Shop orders are managed through TikTok Shop policies, Instantly Unique Gifts cannot usually reship that same TikTok Shop order.
- You may need to place a new order if you still want the item.
- Contact support if you need help understanding the returned tracking status.
