How to report an item that arrived broken.
If your item arrived broken, please contact support as soon as possible.
What to do
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the broken item.
- Attach photos of the packaging if it looks damaged.
- Tell us whether you prefer a replacement, refund, or another resolution.
