Returned to sender
What happens when a package is being returned to us.
If tracking shows returned to sender, first check the shipping address in your confirmation email.
What to do
- If the address was incorrect, the package may come back to us and a reship fee may apply.
- If the address was correct, contact the carrier with your tracking number for details.
- After the package is returned, contact support with your order number, tracking number, and corrected address if needed.
