How Etsy customers can send photos and files after ordering.
After placing an Etsy order, use the upload portal or your emailed upload link to send files for your personalized item.
What to do
- Wait about 5 minutes after ordering.
- Find your Etsy order number.
- Open the File Upload Portal.
- Enter the order number and upload your files on the order page.
