What to know if you ordered from TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, or another marketplace.
The order issue form asks where you ordered because each marketplace can have different order rules, messaging, shipping, and refund handling.
What to do
- Choose InstantlyUnique.com if you ordered directly from the website.
- Choose TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, or Other based on where checkout happened.
- Include the marketplace order number in your message.
- Some refunds, returns, and delivery issues may need to follow the marketplace's own policies.
