Order issue form: what to choose

The order issue form asks what is going on so your message can route to the right place.

What to do

• Choose Shipping & Tracking for delivery, carrier movement, returned packages, or tracking questions.
• Choose Missing Parts / Incomplete / Broken if part of the order is missing, incomplete, or arrived broken.
• Choose Quality Issue if the item does not match the description, colors look wrong, or the item broke after use.
• Choose Custom Order Proof / Mockup for questions about proofs, mockups, approval, or changes.
• Choose Other if none of the listed options fit.
