Can I change or cancel my order?
When changes or cancellations may still be possible.
Because most products are personalized and made to order, changes and cancellations are time-sensitive.
What to do
- Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number.
- Include exactly what you need changed.
- If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order whenever possible.
Good to know
- Once artwork or production has started, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.
- Approved proofs are final unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
