How design proofs work
When proofs are sent, how approval works, and why quick replies matter.
A design proof is a mockup that gives a general idea of how your personalized item will look before it is made.
What to do
- Review spelling, names, dates, photos, placement, and layout.
- Approve the proof if everything looks correct.
- Request changes if something needs to be adjusted.
Good to know
- If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we may complete the order using our best artistic judgment.
- If we need more information and do not hear back within 48 hours, the order may be subject to cancellation.
- Colors can look different on different screens.
