What each order status means
A plain-English guide to common order statuses.
Order statuses help show where your made-to-order gift is in the process.
Good to know
- New or received means your order has been placed.
- Waiting on upload means we still need your photo, file, or personalization details.
- Proof sent means a design mockup may need your approval or change request.
- In production means we are making your item.
- Shipped means your package has been handed to the carrier.
