I ordered on Etsy. Where do I get help?
Etsy customers can use Instantly Unique upload and status tools with their Etsy order details.
If you ordered from the Instantly Unique Gifts Etsy shop, you can still use the customer tools on instantlyunique.com for uploads and order help.
What to do
- Use the order number from your Etsy confirmation email.
- Enter it exactly as shown when the portal asks.
- Contact support with your Etsy order number if you cannot find your order.
