What to include when asking for a specific resolution.
The order issue form may ask for your ideal resolution so support understands what outcome you are hoping for.
What to do
- Choose Replace Item if you want the item remade or replaced.
- Choose Refund Order if you are asking for a refund review.
- Choose Other Resolution if you need something else.
- Support will review the request against the order details, photos, personalization, and store policies.
