My order says delivered, but I do not have it
Steps to take when tracking shows delivered but the package is missing.
Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they are physically at the final spot, or they may leave packages in a less obvious place.
What to do
- Check your mailbox, porch, side door, garage area, parcel locker, front desk, or mail room.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they picked it up.
- Wait until the end of the delivery day in case the scan happened early.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number if it still has not appeared.
Good to know
- If the shipping address on the order was incorrect, carrier recovery may be limited.
